What AI can’t replace yet?

While AI tools can come up with numerous ideas in just few minutes, 69% of CMOs admit that they can’t come up with authentic ideas unlike humans; thus, they still excel at creative thinking.  3. Market research and consumer insights:

AI can gather countless data; however, understanding the ‘why’ behind every human action and behavior is still considered a struggle for these tools. 4. Building Relationships:

Only humans are able to build authentic and trusting relationships with their customers. 5.Brand storytelling:

Story writing is something AI tools excel at; however, storytelling is something only humans can do as it requires experience that these tools lack.
